Our house has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12. The courtyard can hold about 100 people we are thinking. We are in Boerne-Texas which is 45 minutes from San Antonio. Our price includes a 1 night stay whether they choose to stay the night before or their wedding night.

$2900 is our price which includes the courtyard, 1-night stay, and security/parking assistance, and cleans up of the house. They would get the whole property from 2 pm to 11 am the next day.

They are able to bring their own food and alcohol.

For $600 more we will provide the tables and chairs and do the day of coordination. Set up/break down and clean up of the entire property.
